I seek to trust myself deeply.
There may be a part of you that wants a deep connection.
A part of you that’s yearning for friendships, family connection, & romantic connection that fills your soul rather than empties it.
My love, you are not broken.
I’ve been there.
I didn’t really know it for years, but most of my relationships were superficial.
I thought that’s just how it was supposed to be.
I didn’t know it then, but I wasn’t able to express my true self, my dreams, & my desires…
1. Because I didn’t quite know them, & 2. because I had very little sense of “self” in order to share them.
Truth, that’s what connection really is; is being able to share what’s on your heart with love & no judgment.
That’s community.
The thing is, we may not have these skills.
We may not have learned them.
We may have had to be a certain way to receive love: our looks, our achievements, our grades, & even our f&^k ups may have defined us.
And then what happens is, when we try to make decisions, we find ourselves questioning OUR SELVES.
We find it hard to trust what we really want because there are a lot of other voices that our intuition is competing with.
(The loudest ones probably from our primary caregivers.)
Want to hear the best news I have?
You can up-skill.
Just like you can learn new skills in every area of life, you can learn how to trust yourself again.
Making the right decisions for you is not as hard as you may think.
It’s a beautiful journey of finding yourself again.
Giving your heart a voice.
Giving your body a voice.
Giving your soul a voice.
It’s a thing. And it’s possible.
It’s possible to heal your wounded self so that your relationships can fulfill your life’s purpose.
I’m here to answer any questions you may have.
In big love,
💗Lilli
