When changes are difficult

Feeling numb is a feeling.
Just like anxiousness is a feeling.
Just like stress is a feeling.
Just like overwhelm is a feeling.

Change can feel really scary because even though the changes might be “good” or “positive” our bodies’ see change as a threat.

Because change is unknown.
That’s the nature of change.
It’s a step towards something different.

This is how we get stuck.
We end up living in limbo & stagnation.

Our emotional blocks hang out in our bodies until we un-layer them & release them.

That’s why the patterns pop up.
When you can’t seem to do things for yourself in an aligned way.
When you can’t seem to set boundaries with people that are crossing yours.
When you can’t seem to have enough time.

Hey love, I see you.
I hear you.
You are not alone.

The thing is. Even though this may be your “normal” I personally believe that it’s not your natural state.
I believe that you are made for something more.

Your body is not meant to hold emotional blocks until they fester or until you completely collapse.
Emotional blocks are meant to be processed & released.

As much as you may want to, this isn’t a solo mission.
You can do a lot alone, but the truth is, support will take you to the finish line.
I want more for you than being constantly triggered & overwhelmed.
