Your self-talk reveals the internal, unconscious relationship with your self.
Do you have inaccurate, negative self-talk that you habitually hang onto & so strongly believe?

In fact, that’s probably a big reason on why you feel stuck.
I can tell you what didn’t work for me….attempts at changing my thoughts.
That’s what the books & podcasts tell us to do.
I’d try something for a minute & it would work for a short time, but sooner or later, I would be back to my old ways & my thoughts would run my life.
Most of them negative.
Controlling your thoughts is impossible despite what you may have been told.
Research is now showing that thoughts are actually formed in a much different way than what we previously thought.
Now, we know that our thoughts will reflect our internal state.
For example, if we’re feeling anxious on the inside, our thoughts are going to be anxious.
Ya know that feeling when you feel like your head is going to explode? That.
It’s unconscious. It actually has everything to do with That’s why it’s so hard to change.
Just knowing that your thoughts are negative isn’t enough.
Trying to control them isn’t enough, even though you’ve tried.
What works is healing.
When you heal at the root, you heal the reasons for why these negative thoughts are there.
You start to feel more embodied.
You start to feel more connected.
You feel less in your head & more in your soul & your body.
Then, your life opens up to healthy relationships & so much juicy possibility.
