Anxiety in Relationships

Eliminating our anxiety in relationships is not something we can do in our heads.

We can’t switch it on & off (even though we want to).

Anxiety makes us feel like our heads are going to explode.

It makes us feel like our thoughts & emotions run the show, not our “real” self.

Sooner or later, we just accept that as our “norm.”

And try really hard to push down, push aside, or numb out.

Our intuition goes out the door because we can become better at “coping” than we do at living.

While coping may work for a little bit, when it comes to relationships & emotional connection, we need those feeling & emotional receptors on board to feel the love that we really want.

That’s why it may be hard to speak your truth.

To understand when your intuition is talking & when it’s not.

To really relax in your own identity.

Eliminating relational anxiety is about healing the emotional blocks that are holding you back from limitless love.

Our emotional blocks don’t understand that relationships can be safe.

Our emotional blocks are stuck in the past.

Our emotional blocks fuel our anxiety to protect us.

Healing is a magnificent homecoming to self.

It’s calmness, relaxation, & internal safety.

It’s alignment.

It’s home.

It’s our divine right.

The thing about healing is, you don’t have to be special.

Just courageous, to do things differently.

Healing gets you the limitless love in relationships that seem so far away.

Your heart opens.

You expand.
