Healing the anxiety produced by Self-Doubt

In the midst of self-doubt, we feel confusion, deception, & isolation.


We feel like it is our fault.

All of it.


The people that we have let hurt us.

The “bad” financial decisions we’ve made.

The same patterns we keep repeating again & again.

The lack of love that we feel deep within our gut.


We get mad at ourselves because we see others doing what we “can’t” do.


The loudest voices that we hear are our inner critic & the people closest to us whose “feedback” cuts like a hot, searing blade into our hearts.


We know that doubting ourselves isn’t right, but we don’t know what to do.

We’ve tried therapy.

We’ve tried affirmations.

We’ve tried to feel more self-love.


But it never hits just right.


You are not alone.


There is something deeper inside of you that needs to be healed.


There is actually a world & a life that you can live when you hear more self-encouragement than self-doubt (literally something happened to me yesterday that my past “self” would have really been triggered into shame and self-doubt).


You can heal your anxiety at the root cause so that self-love is your go to instead of something that you just really want.


At the root cause of your anxiety is an opportunity to heal.


When you heal, there’s more space for self-love & acceptance.

There’s more space for loving people that can be with ALL OF YOU.

There’s more space for connection.

There’s more space for you to speak your truth.


That’s freakin’ love.

You deserve it more than anyone.
