We either have faith in fear or we have faith in love - Marianne Williamson

What does inner peace feel like to you?

Do you ever feel like you’re at war within yourself?

For me, that played out like:

Losing myself.

Losing my intuition.

Not know what was good for me or what was bad.

Not knowing what I needed.

Not speaking up.

Fighting with myself & with others.

Avoiding love but wanting it badly.

Trying to please & be good so they would like me.

Need I say more?

It was a critical stage for me when I had “woken up” enough to realize that I wanted inner peace, but couldn’t seem to get it.

My life fell apart about then.

The things I was supposed to know like, “just decide to be happy” or “communicate your feeling” failed me.

Why? Because I had some internal work to do.

To change something, we have to understand something.

When I started to understand my past relational trauma, and then heal it, my world expanded.

There was space to live & be & flow.

For me, that’s inner peace.

It’s when all parts of me have a place in my body & soul.

That’s healing.

In big love,
